Thank you for visiting the Pinnacle Parke Homeowners Association website. Our goal is to provide you with all our community information in one convenient location. This includes upcoming events and activities, community resources, and information about the Pinnacle Parke HOA.
Pinnacle Parke is a private, gated community that offers incredible access to shopping, restaurants, golf courses, the county’s best schools, and is just a short drive to the beach.
The Pinnacle Parke community also includes a clubhouse and a swimming pool.
The Pinnacle Parke Homeowners Association was established to create a safe and friendly environment for our neighborhood and to administer the by-laws and covenants of our community. Our Association is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of residents who have been elected to these positions and serve voluntarily.
The Board cordially invites you to attend the monthly board meetings. These meetings offer valuable and up-to-date insights into the happenings within the association and provide an opportunity for members to engage in decisions that impact the entire community. It’s also a chance to connect with the board members, as well as fellow association and community members.
The current Board of Directors includes:

All properties are subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, and Reservations, commonly referred to as the Covenants or CCRs, as established by the developer.
We encourage all homeowners to take the time to carefully review the CCRs and other governing documents to ensure compliance and understanding of the community’s rules and regulations.
The Articles of Incorporation, also known as the Certificate of Incorporation or Corporate Charter, are the foundational documents that outline the rules governing the community.
The purpose of this document is to inform homeowners about the objectives, scope, and application of design standards and restrictions that help preserve the aesthetic appeal and environmental quality of the community. It outlines the specific design standards and guidelines adopted by the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association.
Additionally, it details the application and review process that homeowners must follow when seeking approval for any exterior modifications or changes to their homes or lots.
To preserve the uniform appearance of the community and ensure it remains inviting and attractive, the HOA has established a set of rules, procedures, and policies designed to promote harmony and maintain the community’s appeal.
Only Pinnacle Parke residents and property owners, in good standing with the Pinnacle Parke Homeowners Association, and their guests, are permitted to use the community pool.
Board meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month. Residents are encouraged to attend.

Our neighborhood is governed by deed restrictions designed to preserve the community and maintain property values. Any exterior changes to your home—such as fences, paint color, pool installation, additions, new roofs, or tree removal—must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
Additionally, some projects may require permits from the city. Please check with the city before beginning any work.
Projects that Require an ARC App
Please familiarize yourself with the ARC application process before beginning any home improvement projects.
After ARC approval, all changes are subject to requirements of Port Orange and/or Volusia County. If a permit is required, submit a copy to the Architectural Review Committee.
You may download a blank copy of an estoppel form below.
Completed forms should be returned to ashley@toutmgmt.com.
